Privacy Policy
How Kennels360 handles kennel and pet-owner information.
Last updated: 1 November 2026
1. Who we are
Kennels360 provides kennel management software to boarding, daycare, grooming and training businesses ("kennels"). This policy explains what we do with information on this website and in the Kennels360 app (app.kennels360.com).
2. Information we collect
From kennels: the business name, address, contact details and the login e-mail of the kennel's account. Entered by kennels about their customers: pet owners' names, phone numbers, e-mail and postal addresses, pet details, vaccination and veterinarian records, medicines and feeding notes, stays, services and payments. From this website: what you write to us, and anonymous visit statistics (no advertising cookies).
3. How we use it
Only to run the service for the kennel: bookings, check-in and check-out, bills and reports, and e-mails the kennel asks for (password reset, and vaccination reminders when the kennel switches them on). We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Kennels own their data
The information a kennel enters belongs to that kennel. We process it on the kennel's behalf. Pet owners who want to see, correct or delete their information should contact their kennel; we will help the kennel do this.
5. Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the service: Cloudflare (website, secure connection and network protection) and Brevo (sending e-mails such as password resets and vaccination reminders). They only receive what they need for that job.
6. Security
Connections use HTTPS. Passwords are protected with one-way hashing (an older password is converted the next time its owner signs in). Every kennel signs in and can only see its own data. Password reset links expire after 30 minutes.
7. How long we keep data
While the kennel's account is active. If a kennel leaves, we can give it an export of its data and then delete it from the service within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.
8. Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Customers of a kennel should contact the kennel first. We follow Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA) for the information we handle.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell kennels by e-mail when the change matters to them.
