Terms of Service
The terms for kennels using Kennels360.

1. Agreement
By creating a Kennels360 account or using the app, the kennel agrees to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. The pilot
During the pilot Kennels360 is free for 3 months from the day the kennel's account is approved. No credit card is needed and nothing is charged automatically. Before the pilot ends we will tell the kennel the price; the kennel then decides whether to continue. If it does not, the account is closed as described in section 6.
3. Using the service
Use Kennels360 only for lawful kennel business. Do not try to access other kennels' data, disrupt the service, copy or resell it, or reverse engineer it.
4. Your account
The kennel keeps its login details private and is responsible for what is done with its account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
5. Your data
The kennel owns the information it enters and is responsible for having its customers' permission to store it. We look after it as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Ending the service
The kennel can stop at any time by telling us. We may close an account that breaks these terms, or end the service with at least 30 days' notice. In both cases we can give the kennel an export of its data first.
7. Pilot software
Kennels360 is new and is provided "as is" during the pilot. We work hard to keep it correct and available, but we cannot promise it will never have errors or interruptions. Kennels should check bills and keep their own records. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell kennels by e-mail before a change that affects them takes effect.
